Exploration of alternative entry monument designs and landscape for the City of Costa Mesa. The new entry monument was intended to help promote the City ’s upcoming downtown mixed-use Residential and Light Industrial District, brand its unique assets which include active retail, the surf industry, apparel, and commercial businesses.
