Trade Food Hall

Irvine, CA

 

The developers tore part of the roof off of an aging food court, to create an open-air, modern food hall surrounded by unique restaurants and food stands.  A landscaped courtyard with indoor-outdoor seating and a fire pit serves as the centerpiece. Turf was replaced with a drought tolerant modern coastal design within the entire parking lot and parkway complimenting the updated architecture.
